How it works
As you stand on the Leg Magic, your body weight rests on the lower section of the curved ramp. To lift your body weight up against gravity something must work. This is the muscles of the inner thigh. Lifting your weight up or weight lifting using soft flabby inner thigh muscles is what the Leg Magic does best. On the inward sweep you engage your inner thigh muscles. On the outward sweep you use your buttocks and outer thighs. This action tones and slims the lower body, over 200 muscles in all are fired. Leg Magic is excellent for training the Lateral Thigh Muscles.
Very different from a stepper or a stationary bicycle - these you can use for 20-30 minutes - you could not do the Leg Magic for 20 minutes. You could not do the Leg Magic for 2 minutes. On average people start with 20-30 repetitions. That's just 20-30 seconds.
You still need to eat sensibly. You still need your cardio-vascular workouts, but this replaces your weighted workouts. Leg Magic is a lateral thigh trainer more effective than a stepper or other leg exercise machines.
